Job summary

Ohio Living is seeking a Driver to provide safe and reliable transportation for residents and patients, ensuring timely schedules and clean vehicles. You will observe safety standards, report issues, and support departmental operations while maintaining accurate documentation.

Required are a high school diploma and defensive driving training, with willingness to complete additional federal/state training as needed. Schedule includes weekends/evenings/holidays.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Completion or willingness to complete DRIVE and defensive driving courses.
• Completion or willingness to complete FTA drug/alcohol training if applicable.
• Minimum four-hour Defensive Driving Certification through NSC or willing to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Provide efficient transportation services to residents and patients driving vehicles safely.
• Maintain a clean vehicle and perform basic inspections as directed.
• Observe safety and security procedures during transportation.
• Notify supervisor of changes or cancellations in the schedule.
• Attend employee and departmental meetings and in-service training.
• Maintain current records and complete logs and reports accurately.
