Candidates must be a state-registered CNA in Illinois with a valid driver’s license; familiarity with GPS, radios, and vehicle safety is essential.

Qualifications

• Must hold a state-registered CNA in Illinois.
• Active Illinois driver’s license required.
• DOT physical may apply for certain routes.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate restorative nursing programs for patients.
• Transport patients to hospitals, clinics, dialysis centers, and residences.
• Maintain restorative progress notes and schedules.
• Instruct and assist caregivers with restorative techniques.
• Ensure patient safety on buses and in facilities.
