Job summary

Qualifications

• Current CNA certification or willingness to complete a state-approved CNA program within six months of hire.
• Current/active CPR certification.
• Customer service oriented, able to work well under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Transport residents to appointments, community events, and others as needed.
• Confirm doctors’ appointments for residents.
• Notify family of arrangements regarding appointments.
• Monitor daily documentation and filing.
• All other duties as assigned.
