Job summary

Tutera Senior Living & Health Care is seeking a Transportation Aide/CNA to coordinate resident transportation to appointments at Crystal Pines Rehabilitation & Health Care Center in Crystal Lake, IL. You will work under licensed nursing supervision.

The role requires an active CNA certification in Illinois, a valid driver's license, and current BLS CPR. A positive, professional image and strong communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

Active CNA certification in the state of practice (Illinois)
Prior experience as Transportation Aide in LTC/SNF/AL/MC setting preferred
Must have a valid Illinois Driver's License
Current BLS CPR training with CPR card
Professional image in appearance and behavior
Excellent written and oral communication skills

Responsibilities

Coordinate transportation of residents to and from physician appointments
Transport residents in a timely manner under supervision of licensed nursing personnel
