Job summary

Crystal Pines Rehabilitation & Health Care Center in Crystal Lake, IL is seeking a Transportation Aide | CNA to join our team. You will coordinate transportation for residents to and from physician appointments, under the supervision of licensed nursing personnel.

Must hold an active CNA certification in Illinois, current BLS CPR, and a valid Illinois driver's license. Prior LTC/SNF/AL/MC transport experience is preferred. We offer competitive wages and benefits to support our dedicated team.

Qualifications

• Must have an active, in good standing CNA certification in the state of practice (Illinois).
• Current BLS CPR training with valid CPR card is required.
• Must have a valid Illinois Driver's License.
