Aramark is seeking a Patient Transport Supervisor to develop and implement patient transport solutions in a high-volume hospital setting. You will lead transport teams, coordinate with supervisors, and ensure timely, safe patient movement.

The role emphasizes problem solving, customer service, staff training, and adherence to safety and PPE protocols. Experience in healthcare operations and managing staff is preferred.

Qualifications

• Management experience in a healthcare/hospital environment is preferred.
• Requires at least three years' experience and up to two years in a management role.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Customer service experience.
• Problem resolution.
• Experience training employees; acts as a backup to Patient Transport Manager.
• Proficient using the computer - office skills.

Responsibilities

• Transport patients in a high-volume department.
• Work with Supervisor to help problem solve and mitigate issues.
• Daily interaction with the clients at the hospital to ensure timely and efficient services.
• Daily interaction with staff to ensure patient safety.
• Customer service experience.
• Problem resolution.
• Management experience, healthcare/hospital environment is preferred.
• Experience training employees; acts as a backup to Patient Transport Manager.
