Job summary

Atrium Health is seeking a Part-time Guest Transport Specialist to greet patients and visitors, assist with luggage, and provide safe, courteous transportation around the facility. This role enhances patient experience by ensuring timely arrivals and smooth transitions between departments.

The role supports patient flow, coordinates with lobby and front drives, and requires a High School Diploma, valid Driver’s License, and strong customer service skills; BLS within 6 months is preferred, with 2

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid Driver’s License.
• Minimum of 2 years' experience in hospital, hotel, restaurant or customer oriented environment preferred.
• BLS certification within 6 months.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist patients/visitors upon arrival to the facility.
• Assist all patients/visitors with luggage and assistance in/out vehicle.
• Safely valet park and transport passengers and equipment as needed.
• Directs patients, visitors and staff to appropriate parking areas and designations.
• Coordinate activities to assist patients and visitors to desired designations within the facilities.
• Provide education to patients and visitors regarding essential support services.
