Advocate Health in Charlotte, NC is seeking a Full-time Hospital Transport Aide to assist patients and visitors, transport equipment, and maintain a safe, clean environment.

This role requires a high school diploma, a valid driver's license, BLS certification within 6 months, and at least two years in a customer-facing setting. You will work 40 hours per week with varying shifts.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid Driver's License required.
• BLS certification within 6 months.
• Minimum 2 years in hospital, hotel, restaurant or customer service.

Responsabilités

• Greet and assist patients and visitors on arrival.
• Assist with luggage and in/out vehicles for patients.
• Safely valet park and direct traffic in designated areas.
• Participate in patient registration and escort to designated areas.
• Educate patients about services and resources available.
• Ensure safety, monitor facility environment and report hazards.
• Operate transport vehicles safely and inspect equipment.
• Complete required training and certifications.
