Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Answer multiple incoming lines, obtain info, and transfer calls to correct extensions.
• Update posted information and assist with directories/on-call lists.
• Learn and use PBX system, headsets, and related equipment.
• Monitor alarms, perform overhead paging, and notify appropriate personnel.
