Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Proficiency in English; bilingual abilities are a plus.
• Experience with Windows PC and basic typing/data entry.
• Must pass a federal background check; Heartsaver/CPR upon hire.

Responsibilities

• Answer and manage high volumes of calls on the hospital switchboard and dispatch lines.
• Document and prioritize patient transport requests using dispatch software and protocols.
• Coordinate and dispatch transport staff to ensure timely patient movement.
• Maintain accurate transport activity records and provide excellent service to staff and patients.
