Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; healthcare experience preferred.
• Must have medical terminology knowledge gained by education or experience.
• Excellent communication, organization, and critical thinking skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate patient bed assignments and transfers across units.
• Enter patient placement data into bed placement software promptly.
• Liaise with house supervisors and staff to ensure smooth throughput.
• Provide timely reports to support patient throughput management.
