Now hiring a Clinical Technology Technician!

Presbyterian Healthcare is hiring a Clinical Technology Technician to support the use and maintenance of patient care technology such as telemetry, wearables, video monitoring equipment, lifts, point of care testing, and other medical equipment as directed.

  • Work hours: 12 Hour Days
  • Benefits: PRN/PT (working less than a .45 FTE) employee benefits available for this position such as medical, gym memberships and an employee wellness program.
Prefer Qualifications

Associates degree +3 years of healthcare experience

Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • BLS required
  • Ability to learn and demonstrate competency in proper and safe handling and maintenance of patient care technologies and equipment.
  • Must successfully complete competency verification before starting on assigned unit.
Responsibilities
  • Responds timely to direct patient care staff requests for assistance with patient care technology and equipment.
  • Operates and troubleshoots patient care technology and equipment.
  • Appropriately cleans, maintains, and stores patient care technology.
  • Completes red tag process and transports/reports broken, nonfunctioning, or malfunctioning equipment to BioMed or other department as appropriate such as laboratory or desktop support.
  • Appropriately transports and stores oxygen cylinders.
  • Maintain compliance with Manufacturers Instructions for Use (MIFUs) in One Source system.
