Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage front desk and waiting area to move patients through visits.
• Answer department phone calls from patients, physicians, and others per standards.
• Use Epic to schedule and register patients across providers/sites.
• Obtain prior authorizations, records and orders as needed for smooth arrivals.
• Assist with physician preferences and practice protocols.
• Provide other administrative support under Physicians and Practice Manager.
