Job summary

UVM Health is seeking a PSS Lead responsible for guiding the Patient Support Services team to deliver patient- and customer-oriented care with efficiency. The Lead collaborates with the Administrative Nurse Coordinator to support patient care activities and ensure smooth operations in transportation of patients and specimens, and delivery of nursing equipment.

Qualifications

• High School graduate or equivalent.
• Must have completed the 3 month probationary period and completed PSS orientation.
• CPR/MOAB trained/certified preferred.
