Qualifications

• EPIC knowledge and experience preferred.
• 1-2 years in administrative/customer service roles; multitasking in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

• Answer all incoming telephone calls from patients, physicians, and other departments.
• Use EPIC to schedule and register patients according to preferences and protocols.
• Obtain prior authorization for procedures.
• Review provider templates.
• Provide administrative support under Physicians and Practice Manager.
