Support the service by maintaining records and coordinating appointments, referrals and registration and using their clerical expertise to advance the organization and productivity of the unit. Requires multitasking in a fast pace environment and must be enthusiastic self-starter.
Education/Specialized Training/Licensure: High School Diploma with 2 years college preferred
Work Experience (Years and Area):Min 1 yr Call center or customer service environment
Equipment Operated:PC, FAX, PHONES
Communication Skills: Writing /Composing (Correspondence/Reports)
Medical Terms, P.C., Statistical, Typing (wpm 20)
Advance Training Specialty: Associates Degree in Business Administration preferred.
