Onsite – Lakewood, CO

Through an innovative and patient-centered approach, we are revolutionizing healthcare by providing patients access to TMS treatment. We are seeking a Patient Support Coach for our Lakewood, CO office. Your primary responsibility will be assisting patients in healing using TMS treatment.

Trigger Warning: Working with suicidal patients, listening to trauma from PTSD patients, and supporting these patients may be triggering for some individuals.

Responsibilities

• Be the face of Serenity Healthcare
• Provide one-on-one coaching and maintain commitment to patients during treatment
• Complete Serenity’s paid TMS training program
• Own the outcomes of patient treatment

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
• Strong customer service mindset
• Minimum of three years’ work experience in customer service
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, basic math skills
• Well-versed in de-escalation techniques and able to connect with individuals
