Job summary

You will handle intake, rooming, EMR inbox tasks, and patient education using loop-back to confirm understanding, enabling doctors to focus on clinical decisions. Strong HIPAA, OSHA, and computer skills are required.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of HIPAA and safety policies

Responsibilities

• Intake & clinical rooming tasks including vitals, medications, allergies, and patient history
• Manage EMR inbox and routing for patient messages, lab results, and medication follow-ups
• Educate patients and use loop-back method to ensure understanding and adherence
