Job summary

Valeris, Inc. in Kentucky seeks a Team Lead on our Patient Services team to guide a dedicated support crew helping patients access complex medications. You will train colleagues, maintain SOPs, ensure data accuracy, oversee program rules, and drive timely processing of prescriptions and documents, delivering compassionate patient experiences.

You will collaborate with program leadership, resolve issues, and model Valeris values while supporting access to medications for many patients each day.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in arts and sciences, social work, public health administration or a related field strongly preferred.
• Demonstrated superior communication skills (written and verbal).
• Proven work experience as an informal leader within a group.
• 3 years' customer service, payer benefits experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Write and update work instructions for ongoing training needs.
• Lead training for new hires - classroom and side by side.
• Audit PowerBI and Lynk to ensure data accuracy.
• Lead Insurance Navigation roll outs for companywide initiatives.
• Perform Team Lead responsibilities in addition to Case Manager/Benefit Specialist role.
• Ensure SOPs are followed with consistency.
