Mercy is seeking a Supervisor to lead a healthcare support team, coordinating daily workflows, staffing, and performance management to ensure safe, compassionate patient care. You will collaborate with nurses, physicians, and admins to resolve issues, monitor compliance, and drive process improvements while modeling Mercy’s values of compassion, respect, and diversity in every interaction.

This role emphasizes coaching, onboarding, and ongoing staff development to sustain high-quality outcomes

Formación

• Supervisory experience in healthcare settings is required or strongly preferred.
• CHL or similar supervisory certification preferred; BLS certification preferred.
• Experience coaching, evaluating staff, and managing onboarding/training.

The Supervisor coaches and mentors team members, conducts performance evaluations, and supports training and development to maintain high-quality standards. You will collaborate with nurses, physicians, and administrators to resolve issues, enhance patient experience, and drive process improvements while modeling Mercy’s values of compassion, respect, and diversity in every interaction.
