Job Description

Patient Services Specialists are responsible and accountable for the coordination of information and support needed for the flow of patients at our clinics. As a patient-facing caregiver, you’ll provide customer service, helping patients through processes like check-in, registration, billing/financial aide and insurance. Patient Services Specialists work in conjunction with our clinical teams to assist with scheduling, clinic operations and more.

At our Urology Clinics, we treat diseases such as urinary tract infections, kidney stones and incontinence issues, ranging from discomforting to extremely painful. Join our team to detect and treat both mild and serious urologic conditions effectively and quickly, providing much-needed relief to patients with kidney, bladder and prostate concerns.

Required Qualifications

  • Prior experience providing a high level of customer service in a fast paced environment, including handling confidential data with discretion.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Electronic Medical Records (EMR) experience.
  • Previous experience in a healthcare setting.
