Job description:


Senior Patient Service Specialists are responsible and accountable for the coordination of information and support needed for the flow of patients at our clinics. As a patient-facing caregiver, you'll provide customer service, helping patients through processes like check-in, registration, billing/financial aide and insurance. Senior Patient Service Specialists work in conjunction with our clinical teams to assist with scheduling, clinic operations and more.

Required Qualifications:



  • 6 months - Minimum six months experience coordinating and scheduling surgery, procedural, and delivery schedules.


Preferred Qualifications:



  • Clerical experience in a medical facility desired.
