Schedule: Full time, Monday - Friday


Location: First Hill area of Seattle, Washington


Job description:


Patient Services Specialists are responsible and accountable for the coordination of information and support needed for the flow of patients at our clinics. As a patient-facing caregiver, you'll provide customer service, helping patients through processes like check-in, registration, billing/financial aide and insurance. Patient Services Specialists work in conjunction with our clinical teams to assist with scheduling, clinic operations and more.
