What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Handle incoming calls or emails from members, pharmacies, and doctors’ offices regarding medication and benefits inquiries
- Investigate and resolve member inquiries in a timely manner, escalating issues as necessary
- Adhere to standard operating procedures and training guidelines specific to HIPAA
- Provide exceptional customer service to callers
- Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor

What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma or GED
- Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience
- Must be eligible to work in the United States without the need for work visa or residency sponsorship
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Strong communication skills and detail-oriented

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Previous call center experience, particularly in the healthcare industry
- Experience working from home in a remote position
- Fluency in Spanish
- Strong PC skills with the ability to navigate multiple software systems
- Proven ability to multitask effectively
