Qualifications

• 6 months of experience as a Providence employee in an Associate PSS position.

Responsibilities

• Perform front-office duties with increasing independence including patient registration, appointment scheduling for routine and basic healthcare services, and general clerical tasks.
• Collaborate with care teams to ensure smooth patient flow and accurate data in the scheduling and registration system.
• Demonstrate compassionate service and effective communication to support Providence patients and their families.
