• Verify insurance eligibility and coverage at time of service.
• Schedule, cancel, and reschedule patient appointments per physician policies.
• Collect and post payments from patients by cash, check, or credit card.
• Maintain HIPAA confidentiality and professional conduct at all times.
• Assist co-workers and function as a team member to support patient care.
