Responsibilities

• Schedule follow-up appointments and coordinate with clinical staff.

• Verify insurance benefits and discuss financial responsibilities with patients.
• Promote and assist with MyUPMC portal enrollment and usage.
• Triage and direct calls to appropriate departments and staff.
