Job summary

Overlake Medical Center and Clinics in Bellevue is seeking a Patient Services Representative to join our OB/GYN front desk. You will provide front office services to patients, coordinate communications among staff, patients, and providers about the patient check-in process, and manage records via Epic to support clinicians and staff.

The role requires strong customer service, excellent phone etiquette, and the ability to multi-task in a busy medical setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 1 year of administrative experience in a medical facility preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to provide exceptional customer service.
• Excellent telephone etiquette.
• Demonstrated strong communication skills and ability to work effectively with people in stressful situations.
• Ability to multi-task, be organized and detail oriented.
• Demonstrated proficient computer keyboard skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer and front office services to patients.
• Coordinate communications among staff, patients, and providers about the patient check-in process.
• Collect records and ensure distribution to appropriate staff via the Epic EMR system.
• Perform clerical, scheduling, and records activities in support of patients and staff.
