Job summary

Overlake Medical Center and Clinics in Bellevue seeks a Patient Services Representative for our OB/GYN department. You will provide front office services, coordinate communications among staff, patients, and providers, and manage records in Epic.

This full-time role is 40 hours per week, Monday–Friday 8am–5pm with evenings and weekends required. High school diploma or GED is required; prior medical facility admin experience and excellent customer service are preferred.

• Minimum requirement: High school diploma or GED.
• Strong customer service and communication skills required.
• Ability to multi-task, stay organized, and detail-oriented.
• Experience with medical front desk or scheduling is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer and front office services to patients.
• Coordinate communications among staff, patients, and providers about check-in processes.
• Collect records and ensure distribution via Epic EMR.
• Perform clerical, scheduling, and records activities in support of patients and staff.
