Qualifikationen

• Education/Experience: High school diploma or equivalent.
• Preferred: 1–2 years of experience providing customer service in a healthcare organization.
• Experience with patient access (scheduling, registration, insurance verification)

Aufgaben

• Check-in patients and verify data for accuracy in EMR.
• Schedule appointments for medical and dental sites.
• Coordinate with Center Manager to correct denied claims.
• Maintain confidentiality of patient records and HIPAA compliance.
• Answer center calls professionally and promptly.
• Participate in trainings and meetings.
• Assist other team members as needed.
