Job summary

Diagnostic Imaging Centers of Texas (DICOT) is seeking a Patient Services Representative in El Paso, TX to greet patients, verify referrals, collect co-pays, and coordinate care with accuracy and compassion.

You will register patients, schedule exams, and maintain patient records in a friendly, efficient clinic environment. Healthcare front office experience is preferred and bilingual ability is a plus.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED.
• Strong communication and multitasking skills.
• A warm and professional demeanor.
• Previous healthcare or front office experience preferred.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet and check in patients, ensuring accurate registration and a welcoming experience.
• Verify referrals and authorizations and confirm exam preparation.
• Collect co-pays and manage patient records and accounts.
• Schedule appointments and walk-ins with valid doctor's orders.
• Provide clear communication and support throughout the patient visit.
