Job summary

Qualifications

• Preferred: clinic/medical office front desk experience.
• BLS certification must be obtained within 90 days of hire and maintained throughout employment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate clerical and medical activities to support patient care and clinic flow.
• Register patients and verify demographics and insurance information.
• Explain financial responsibilities and collect payments where appropriate.
• Triage issues and escalate as needed to ensure patient satisfaction and safety.
• Maintain patient confidentiality and HIPAA compliance in communications and records.
• Provide high level customer service in all interactions with patients and staff.
