• Customer service, insurance verification, registration, payment collection and data entry and referrals.
• Manage patient flow, ensure medical record availability and complete physician schedules.
• Greet patients/visitors, answer phones promptly and help as needed.
• Collect and verify patient information and enter into registration system; handle payments and charge slips.
