• Ensure patient flow, medical record availability and completeness; schedule physician/provider appointments and maintain schedules.
• Greet patients and visitors, identify needs and assist in a timely and courteous manner.
• Answer telephone promptly in a customer-friendly manner.
• Collect and verify accurate patient information and enter into registration system.
• Receive payments and complete charge slips for data entry.
• Demonstrate teamwork to provide quality patient care and uphold Hillcrest Healthcare System policies and procedures.
