Formación

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Multifaceted role including customer service, insurance verifications, registration, payment collection, data entry and referrals.

Responsabilidades

• Greet patients and visitors and assist them promptly and courteously.
• Verify patient information and enter data into the registration system.
• Handle payments and complete charge slips for data entry.
• Perform insurance verifications and assist with scheduling physician/provider appointments.
• Maintain patient flow and ensure medical record availability and completeness.
