Qualifications

• Experience with medical office scheduling, insurance procedures, billing or related healthcare admin tasks.
• Ability to manage concurrent assignments with strong organization and prioritization.
• Problem solving and independent decision making within delegated authority.
• HIPAA and medical records confidentiality knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Provide front office support for the dermatology department.
• Coordinate patient scheduling, insurance verification and referrals.
• Maintain patient records and billing documentation according to policy.
• Assist with daily clinic operations and customer service.
• Ensure accurate data entry for demographics and insurance information.
