Responsibilities

• Greeting and assisting patients and the public at the front desk.
• Patient registration and appointment scheduling.
• Verifying insurance coverage and copayment collection.
• Cashiering and updating patient information.
• Screening patients for financial assistance (Sliding Fee Discount Program) and other eligible programs.
