Qualifications

• Experience in patient registration/healthcare preferred.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to verify demographics, insurance information and collect payments.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact between patients and physician practices.
• Greet patients and community with respectful, courteous service.
• Schedule appointments and enter scheduling data into the system.
• Verify demographics and insurance information; assist with registration.
• Collect patient payments and reconcile cash drawer at close of day.
• Assist with referrals and MyChart scheduling; cover other locations as needed.
