Responsibilities

• Greet patients and visitors in a friendly and welcoming manner.
• Verify patient information, including insurance coverage and personal details.
• Collect co-pays and other fees from patients at the time of service.
• Ensure referrals are in the patient’s chart before visits.
• Maintain patient records and ensure accuracy and currency.
• Count cash and complete reconciliation; sign off on reports.
• Handle patient complaints professionally and resolve issues.
• Perform other administrative tasks as needed.
