Ideal candidates will have a High School diploma, 1 year of clerical/healthcare experience, and familiarity with Epic EMR. The position offers daytime, Full-Time hours and an hourly pay range in New Jersey.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• 1 year clerical/receptionist experience in health care preferred.
• Bilingual abilities are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage patient appointments to support efficient operations and patient experience.
• Schedule appointments for consultations, procedures, and visits with medical personnel.
• Verify patient information and input data into registration systems.
• Handle co-payments at time of registration and perform clerical duties per department rules.
