Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 6 months of front-facing customer service or medical office experience preferred.
• Proficient PC skills and ability to learn healthcare software quickly.

Responsabilités

• Greet and direct patients and visitors per office protocols.
• Register demographic and billing information and determine eligibility.
• Schedule appointments and post charges and payments to patient accounts.
• Collect co-pays and handle cash receipts, deposits and balancing.
• Maintain medical records and assist with billing documentation.
