Bookmark Medical—New South Lyon Full Time (30 hours or more) in South Lyon, MI. We’re seeking a Patient Service Specialist who values patient-centered care and team collaboration.

You will greet patients, manage calls, schedule appointments, assist with insurance verification and prior authorizations, and ensure accurate EHR data while supporting a welcoming front desk. Join a team dedicated to compassionate, patient-focused service and growth.

Qualifications
