Job summary

Bookmark Medical in Northville, MI, is seeking a Patient Service Specialist to deliver a patient-centered front desk experience. You will greet patients, manage calls, schedule appointments, verify insurance, and maintain clear communication between patients and providers.

Ideal candidates have healthcare or administrative experience, strong communication skills, and proficiency with EHR systems such as Athena or eCW.
