Job summary

Bookmark Medical in Brighton, MA is seeking a per diem clinic-based front desk assistant to support patient flow and administration. Shifts are available Monday through Friday during clinic hours 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m.; no weekends.

You will greet patients, verify information, handle inquiries, schedule appointments, assist with insurance verifications and prior authorizations, maintain EHR accuracy, and keep the front desk organized and patient-ready.

Qualifications

• Experience in healthcare, customer service, or administrative role.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Proficient with EHR systems (Athena or eCW preferred).

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and check them in with warmth and professionalism.

• Support clear communication between patients and providers.
• Update and maintain accurate information in the EHR.

Schedule

This is a per diem (PRN), clinic-based position providing coverage based on clinic staffing needs and your availability.

• Shifts are available Monday through Friday during clinic hours of 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m.
• No weekend shifts — our clinics are closed Saturdays and Sundays
• Hours and shifts may vary based on clinic coverage needs
