Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Two to four years in health care is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and visitors with a smile.
• Enter and update patient demographics.
• Complete insurance verifications for patients.
• Demonstrate excellent communication on the phone and in person.
• Prepare documents, reports and forms as requested by physicians/administration.
• Schedule appointments and enter referral information.
• Collect co-pays, deductibles, and balances at check-in.
• Maintain a clean front desk and waiting area.
• Process bank deposits as needed.
• Ensure accurate end-of-day closing (EOD) reporting.
