Job summary

Responsibilities

• Greets, instructs, directs and schedules patients and visitors.
• Performs clerical duties for physicians and clinic staff.
• Enters new and established patient information into the computer.
• Answers incoming calls and sets appointments for patients.
• Dispatches messages and/or calls for employees and revises physician schedules as needed.
• Answers questions on insurance claims, disability benefits, home health care and referrals.
