Job summary

Washington State Department of Corrections is seeking a Patient Services Representative for the Clallam Bay Corrections Center in Clallam Bay, WA. The role supports scheduling, medical coordination, and documentation using OMNI-HS, ensuring timely on-site and off-site care for incarcerated patients.

Responsibilities include coordinating with providers, custody staff, and the transport team, while maintaining patient confidentiality and adhering to DOC policies.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in an office or healthcare/services environment preferred.
• Proficiency with Outlook, Word, Excel, and Access.

Responsibilities

• Schedule on-site medical, dental, nursing and mental health appointments in OMNI-HS.
• Ensure Mental Health appointments are within 30 days of arrival.
• Maintain scheduler queue and appointment database; update CRC/D3 reports.
• Coordinate with custody and staff regarding movement and escorts; maintain confidentiality.
