The incumbent will work onsite in Tampa, FL, with a starter focus on infusion-related scheduling and coordination, ensuring accurate data entry and adherence to performance metrics.

Qualifications

• Requires High School Diploma or GED.
• Preferred Associate's Degree.
• Strong customer service and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to use office software and typing skills.
• Detail oriented and able to remain calm under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Handle scheduling and registration for Outpatient Services including Surgery, Infusion, Diagnostics, Labs, and Virtual Health.
• Coordinate with care teams to meet performance metrics and priorities.
• Provide courteous, knowledgeable assistance to patients and family members.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation for scheduling and patient access processes.
• Cross-cover related Patient Access functions as needed.
