Revo/ i-Health in Eagan, MN seeks a full-time clinic administrator to support patients, families, and providers. You will greet patients, collect payments, and manage registrations and insurance information with a focus on accuracy and courtesy.

Use Mind Body and Outlook to coordinate schedules, handle charting, and ensure HIPAA-compliant communication throughout the clinic. This role emphasizes teamwork and reliable attendance.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet and register patients; collect co-payments, pre-payments and insurance information.
• Schedule new and existing patients in the current practice management system.

• Communicate appointment details, directions, check-in times and copayments to patients and families.

Overview

Serve as a professional and welcoming representative of the Training HAUS's patients, families, visitors, and Viking stakeholders. This position frequently requires front‑line customer service and problem resolution.

This is a full‑time role, working Monday‑Thursday either 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM or 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM at our Eagan location.

Essential Functions

• Fully understand, describe and promote all aspects of the Training HAUS.
• Greet and register patients; collect co‑payments, pre‑payments and insurance information.
• Manage multiple meeting hosts, providers and class instructor schedules through Mind Body and Outlook calendars.
• Accurately and efficiently schedule new and existing patients in the current practice management system.
• Communicate all pertinent patient information including appointment details, directions, check‑in times, referral information and copayments.
• Maintain a working knowledge of health‑care plan requirements and networks.
• Verify and document insurance information as defined by current business practices.
• Chart management.
• Maintain timely communication with patients and families while in clinic.
• Occasionally participate in community functions relating to TCO outreach events throughout the year.
• Any and all other duties as assigned.

Education and Experience Requirements

• High School diploma/GED or equivalent.
• Customer service experience required.
• Administrative or Medical Office experience preferred.
• Experience teaching fitness classes preferred.

Actual starting pay will vary based on education, skills, and experience.
