Revo Health in Minnetonka, MN is hiring a Patient Services Representative to handle patient registration and check-in, plus clinical support duties. The role runs Mon-Thu 9:00am-5:30pm and Fri 8:00am-4:30pm at our Minnetonka location.

You will manage registrations, schedule patients, and coordinate communications with patients and clinic staff. We value customer service experience; proficiency with Word/Outlook/Excel; and administrative or medical office background.

Qualifications

• High School diploma/GED or equivalent.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel.
• Customer Service experience required.
• Administrative or Medical Office experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet and register patients; collect co-payments, pre-payments, insurance information, and photo ID for incoming patients.
• Verify and document insurance information as defined by current business practices.
• Accurate and timely scheduling of new and existing patients in the practice management systems.
• Communicate all pertinent information to patients, including: appointment information, directions, check-in times, referral information and copayments.
• Chart preparation and management including preparing for outreach events.
• Maintain a working knowledge of health care plan requirements and health plan networks.
• Maintain timely communication with patients, families, employers and clinic staff.
• Rotation of Switchboard Operator duties which include: accepting, handling and transferring calls, coordination of interpreters for clinic appointments, and coordination of patient referrals.
• Any and all other duties as assigned.

The Patient Services Representative is responsible for patient registration and check in as well as clinical support duties.
This is a full-time position working Monday-Thursday 9:00am-5:30pm and Friday 8:00am-4:30pm out of our Minnetonka location.
Viverant Physical Therapy is an operating division of Infinite Health Collaborative (i-Health), a group of local medical practices, owned and led by its physicians, on a mission to give patients more control over their healthcare.

Essential Job Functions
